The join now page located at /joinnow is a fixed form on your web site.  

The content above the form can be edited via the CMS but the form itself cannot be edited within the CMS.  

As it is a form page, it will be found under Web Pages - List and Edit Pages, and then under the Category Forms and the Subcategory Join
