Taking a screenshot of a site, backend or email issue is a great way to communicate an issue to GTP. It allows us to look at any problems you may be having as it appears on your computer.
There are standard ways to take screenshots in both Windows and Mac computers, however we believe a small program called Snagit is a much better solution.
Snagit allows you to make annotations on a screenshot, point out issues and easily save your screenshot to be sent to our support email.
GTP will provide 1 licence per client, but for now download the free trial at www.snagit.com.
